O.-63 25-2057 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Allison Guilfoil, Minneapolis, MN, for the latter to provide Special Education teachers with professional development and technical assistance related to implementation of literacy curriculum, provide individual and small group training support, provide access to virtual licenses and materials necessary to implement the curriculum, monitor teacher usage and student progress data and participate in data analysis conferences with educators in alignment with the goals of the OUSD Disability Access Resolution, provide teacher on special assignment and support staff sessions focused on the SPIRE and Lexia literacy interventions; report data trimesterly and recommend differentiated assistance supports through an individual educator support planning model where an educator is struggling to implement with fidelity; and manage the daily operations of the supplemental literacy investment embedded within the District's Disability Access Resolution Literacy Plan, ensuring consistent performance, adherence to established service delivery schedules, data reporting to stakeholders, and ongoing training to enhance staff skills, via Special Education Department, for the period of August 14, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $114,800.00.
