O.-62 25-2056 Approval by the Board of Education of a Statement of Work School Subscriber (SWSS) and Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (TSPP) by and between the District and the University of California, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide secured technologies and web services for subscribers to manually transfer and UC to accept personal demographic, academic, and other confidential individual record level data necessary to conduct the evaluation by UC COMPASS, an evaluation of data as a service for participating California public schools and districts to determine student progress toward meeting the eligibility requirements for the California's public systems of higher education, pursuant to terms and conditions of the SWSS and TSPP, via the High School Linked Learning Office, for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027, at no cost to the District.
