O.-59 25-2050 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement (SA) and Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) by and between the District and Edmentum, Inc., Bloomington, MN, for the latter, under the SA, to provide Apex Learning Courses: Single Enrollment Subscription; Courseware: Comprehensive Library - Program License; and Customer Success Services, for the term August 26, 2025, to August 25, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $78,624.75, and under the DSA, the terms and conditions of District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Edmentum, Inc., and the protection by Edmentum, Inc., of such data for the same term as the SA, each, via the High School Linked Learning Office.
