O.-58 25-2049 Approval by the Board of Education of a No Cost Services Agreement (NCSA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) by and between the District and East Bay Solano County Consortium (EBSCC), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide, through the NCSA, advisors to work with students, families, and staff to ensure students graduate with a postsecondary plan and complete a financial aid application; access to postsecondary data and financial aid student records, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, at no cost to the District (however, the vendor may impose a cost to students and families), and under the DSA, the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with East Bay Solano County Consortium and the protection by East Bay Solano County Consortium of such data for the same term as the NCSA, each, via the High School Linked Learning Office.
