O.-49 25-2026 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Learning Circle LLC, Moraga, CA, for the latter to organize and lead a retreat for the Early Childhood Education Social Emotional Development Leadership Team, along with coaches, family navigators, and behaviorists, to assess current status regarding vision and Plan, as well as to collect feedback on the subsequent steps of that Plan; also: 1) offer consultation services to Multi-Tiered Systems of Support teams to ensure alignment with the Teaching Pyramid and trauma-responsive practices, as well as existing protocols; 2) gather data on Multi-Tiered Systems of Support cases within programs; 3) participate in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support meetings as necessary; 4) assist in facilitating Multi-Tiered Systems of Support meetings; 5) lead the Trauma-Response Module 100 for the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support team; 6) present during Principal Professional Learning sessions with ECE Directors and Partners for five sessions, each lasting one hour; 7) attend monthly coaching meetings to provide support with the Teaching Pyramid and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support and organize a library of resources and videos; 8) create six standalone Teaching Pyramid for Families Workshops in both English and Spanish; 9) assist the Family Navigation Team in conducting those workshops; 10) offer additional coaching consultation as required for coaches, the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support team, and leadership; 11) complete a crosswalk between literacy and the social-emotional framework; and 12) review and update documentation and policies, via Early Childhood Development Department, for the period of August 18, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $48,000.00.
