O.-16 25-1944 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, El Cerrito, CA, for the latter to provide an AmeriCorps member to work closely with the District's McKinney-Vento Program to provide daily support to approximately 60 students experiencing housing instability over the course of 36 weeks; co-facilitate weekly social-emotional learning groups, support students with school engagement, and assist with daily check-ins to promote attendance and well-being; help track student participation, provide resource referrals, assist with basic needs coordination, and collaborate with school site staff to ensure students receive individualized support; participate in family engagement efforts and assist with the enrollment or recertification of McKinney-Vento students; and 5 hours per week of direct student-facing activities and additional hours supporting data collection, coordination, and outreach, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 29, 2025, through May 29, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $22,500.00.
