O.-14 25-1929 Ratification by the Board of Education of a No Cost Services Agreement (NCSA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) by and between the District and Peer Forward, Washington, DC, for the latter, under the NCSA, to provide its Educator Training/Advisor Coaching, initially a 4-day residential workshop held on a college campus where the educators (or advisors) working with the peer leaders selected by the school to receive training and professional development on how to engage their Peer Leaders and effectively utilize their Advisor Playbook, resources, and materials, as further described - School Year Implementation, Data and Evaluation, Digital Curriculum, Work-Based Learning, in Exhibit A of the Agreement incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for participating OUSD schools: Castlemont High School, Fremont High School, Madison Park Academy, and Oakland Technical High School, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, and under the Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Peer Forward and the protection by Peer Forward of such data for the same term as the NCSA.
