O.-12 25-1850 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding by and between the District, on behalf of its Adult and Career Education Center, and the National Center for Construction Education & Research, Ltd., dba NCCER, Alachua, FL, for the latter to provide construction training and job placement assistance to fifteen District students, via the Oakland Adult and Career Education (OACE) Department, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of August 14, 2025 through August 14, 2026, at no cost to the District.
