M.-5 25-1878 Approval by the Board of Education of First Amendment, PG&E EV Charge Schools and Parks Program Contract, by and between the District and Pacific Gas & Electric Company, San Francisco, CA, for PG&E to provide, install, and retain ownership of the EV chargers at no cost to the District; cover all network fees and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for eight years, eliminating significant District costs and long-term responsibilities outlined in the original contract as identified in the Amendment No. 1, for the East Oakland Pride Elementary School Electrical Vehicle Charger Installation Project, decreasing the Agreement price from $98,304.00 to $0.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
