L.-46 25-1922 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and East Bay Agency for Children, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide access to training classes for clinicians to Rudsdale staff; provide 4.5 hours of consultation to discuss needs, output, and outcomes; provide 40 hours a week of clinical mental health support to students; and have a clinical supervisor to attend COST meetings and 3 additional annual meetings with the principal or designee at Rudsdale Continuation High School, for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $132,000.00.
