L.-8 25-1892 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and RDV Consulting Services, Oakland, CA, for the latter to file the District's E-Rate forms including 470, 471, 472, 486 and 500 to apply for funding and meet E-Rate deadlines to support telecommunication services and cybersecurity pilot across the District, including the collection of data, providing spreadsheets of collected data, updating school data in EPC and managing Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) reviews and audits, via the Technology Services Department, for the period of August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
