L.-5 25-1880 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Central California Advisors, Turlock, CA, for the latter to provide strategic consulting services to OUSD Nutrition Services Department to advance kitchen modernization, equipment acquisition, and systems, as well as student-centered dining environments; guide OUSD in creating functional, culturally relevant, and compliant spaces for fresh, scratch-cooked meals; and assist the department in designing systems that support compliance, operational excellence, and staff capacity-building, in preparation for future audits and expansions, via the Nutrition Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $132,000.00.
