M.-16 25-1741 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Agreement for Engineering Services by and between the District and AGS, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide unchanged continued construction services at unchanged costs for the McClymonds High School Modernization Project, extending the term of the Agreement from June 23, 2022, through July 31, 2025, to June 30, 2027 (an additional 699 calendar days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
