M.-8 25-1711 Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to conduct soil sampling services throughout eight (8) project areas in advance of planned site improvements for the Fremont High School Modernization Project, in the not to exceed amount of $30,862.90, which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $2,723.90 for Additional Services with the work scheduled to commence on August 14, 2025, and expected to last until June 30, 2026.
