L.-77 25-1803 Approval by the Board of Education of a Nonpublic, Nonsectarian School/ Agency Services Master Contract 2025-26 by and between the District and Intermountain Deaconess Children's Services, Helena, MT, for the latter to provide Special Education services, stated in Agreement, required by a student's Individualized Education Program, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, via the Special Education Department, in an amount not to exceed $800,000.00.
