L.-13 25-1811 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement [Food Service Kitchen Equipment and Training Service Agreement (IFB #24-145NS] by and between the District and TriMark dba Chefs' Toys, San Francisco, CA, exercising with the latter the first of two one-year options renewing the Food Service Kitchen Equipment and Training Agreement, for an unchanged amount not to exceed $2,300,000.00, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
