L.-8 25-1731 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 4, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Bay Alarm Company, Concord, CA, for the latter to continue to provide unchanged outside patrol services, and twenty-four (24) hour-per-day, seven (7) days per-week burglary alarm response & patrol services to the District, for the Response & Patrol Services Project, in an additional not-to-exceed amount of $226,777.32, increasing Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $805,316.52 to $1,032,093.84, and extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026 (an additional 365 calendar days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
