L.-7 25-1729 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, by and between the District and Stronger Building Services, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to install an overlay of ½" Plywood Decking to the existing roof as identified in the PCO No. 1, for the Chabot Elementary School Main Building & Library Roof Replacement Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $52,435.08, increasing the Agreement price from $415,000.00 to $467,435.08. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
