L.-5 25-1726 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement by and between District and Be a Mentor, Inc., Hayward, CA, for the latter to continue hosting of the Vendor Management System, along with background clearances and subsequent arrest notifications for up to 120 vendors, extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in the additional amount of $9,900.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $9,900.00 to $19,800.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
