M.-17 25-1503 Approval by the Board of Education of a Open Unified School District CMAS Purchase and Installation Agreement by and between the District and Benyon Sports Surfaces, Inc., Fresno CA, for the latter to supply and install a new Synthetic Track Surfacing and E-Layer System for the Oakland High School Field Replacement Project, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the not-to-exceed amount of $413,524.78 which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $66,293.60 for Additional Services with services scheduled to commence on June 26, 2025, and is scheduled to last until November 12, 2025.
