M.-10 25-1464 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Alternative Design-Builder by and between the District and Aten Construction, Inc., with HKIT Architects, Richmond, CA, to perform additional construction services which involves Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) compliance measures, and subcontracting for early procurement work for the McClymonds High School Modernization Project, in an amount of $4,970,159.00, increasing the Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $6,962,252.00 to $11,932,411.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement will remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
