M.-4 25-1428 Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC, San Ramon, CA, for the latter to provide Geotechnical Consulting Services for the Oakland High School Athletic Turf Field Replacement Project, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the not-to-exceed amount of $32,860.00 which includes a contingency fee of $6,572.00 for Additional Services, with work scheduled to commence on June 26, 2025, and scheduled to end June 30, 2026.
