L.-138 25-1454 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy by and between the District and Fisher & Phillips LLP, for the latter to provide more of the same legal service to the District for immigration related matters and other legal services on an as needed basis, in an additional amount of $25,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount from $50,000.00 to $75,000 per fiscal year and extending the term from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
