L.-36 25-1623 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Diligence Security Group, Stockton, CA, for the latter to provide continued security and safety services, including proving patrols by uniformed personnel and 24-hour safety monitoring, as outlined in the Proposal dated May 9, 2025, which is attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an additional not-to-exceed amount of $595,476.00, increasing the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement from $501,072.00 to $1,096,548.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from May 25, 2023 through May 25, 2025 to June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
