L.-26 25-1550 Approval by Board of Education of Resolution No. 2425-0225 - Authorizing Use of Graydon Exception to Public Bidding for Contract with Aeries Software and Approving Agreement for Acquisition of License for Aeries Software, by and between District and Aries Software, Orange, CA, for the latter to grant licenses for District to use the Aeries Student Information System (SIS) and Aeries Communications (powered by Parent Square), in an additional not to exceed amount of $91,301.26, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $1,314,402.56 to 1,405,703.82 (as delineated) and extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2028. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
