L.-54 25-1262 Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between the District and the Work Training Partner or Work Training Partner's Affiliate Organization, as defined in MOU, for the latter to coordinate workplace learning experiences for minors, including District students for the Exploring College, Career, and Community Options (ECCCO), with the MOU outlining key areas, including Incident/Accident/Mandated Reporting, adherence to Federal, State, and Local Laws and Regulations, Legal Notifications, Indemnification, and Insurance provisions, via the High School Linked Learning Office, for the period of May 28, 2025 through May 28, 2028, at no cost to the District.
