L.-31 25-1177 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Service Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to hire five performing arts instructors to work with students attending Summer Learning Programs with the District to include but not limited to dance, theater, voice and Music, in the additional amount of $1,171.98, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $18,531.14 to $19,703.12 and extending the Agreement term from October 23, 2024 through March 31, 2025 to June 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
