L.-25 25-1156 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Attitudinal Healing Connection (AHC), Inc, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional after school and weekend enrichment for students, as well as a one week summer enrichment program for students, for the period of December 11, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in the additional amount of $19,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $23,500.00 to $42,500.00, via West Oakland Middle School. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
