M.-6 25-0967 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No.1, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Farallon Consulting, LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an updated report and a response table, with an optional quote included in case an updated Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is required, in compliance with the District and Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC) standards, as outlined in the Proposals dated March 7, 2025, which are attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A. incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Melrose Leadership Academy at Maxwell Park Project, in the additional amount of $10,770.00, increasing the Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $4,976.00 to $15,746.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
