M.-2 25-0861 Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and Tulum Innovative Engineering, Oakland, CA, for the latter to modify and integrate Access Control server software to allow communication and operation of Aiphone and Cisco devices through Oakland Unified School District network for the Cole Data Center Move Project, as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the lump-sum amount of $36,507.74, with the work scheduled to commence on May 15, 2025, and shall be for the duration of the Project, expected to last until July 31, 2025.
