L.-115 25-1078 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Software As A Service ("SaaS") Agreement 2024-2025 and a Standard Student Data Privacy Agreement (SSDPA), each, by and between the District and Grand River Solutions, Saratoga, CA, for the latter, under SaaS, to provide a proprietary product that is a secure, online platform that, among other features, connects parties to appropriate portions of their resolution process, allows parties to communicate with the institutional office responsible for those processes, and tracks the status of and documents and communications related to a complaint receipt and resolution process, with the Terms & Conditions for this product are attached and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an amount not to exceed $24,800.00 per fiscal year, plus an implementation fee of $8,000.00 and an annual license fee of $8,400.00, for the term April 3, 2025, through June 30, 2027 and under the SSDPA, delineating, the terms and conditions of District's transmission of or sharing of student data with Grand River Solutions and the protection by Grand River Solutions, of such data, for the same term as SaaS, via the Office of the General Counsel.
