L.-67 25-1067 Approval by the Board of Education of Summer Programming Addendum No. 2, Expanded Learning Programs After School Program Master Contract 2022-2025 (Master Contract) by and between the District and YMCA of the East Bay, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provided summer academic and enrichment services, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Piedmont Avenue Elementary School, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, in an additional amount of $114,438.80, increasing the Master Contract not-to-exceed amount from $2,221,035.00 to $2,335,473.80, for the unchanged term of July 1, 2022 through July 31, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Master Contract remain in full force and effect.
