L.-53 25-1009 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Civic Productions LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support up to 18 OUSD teachers and their students in bringing projects to the Creative Expo in Old Oakland on April 19, 2025, including Civic Design Studio staff visiting participating OUSD schools to help students prepare their work for the expo, plan their display, signage and also day of the event coordination; create a map of school exhibitors on 9th Street in Old Oakland (the location of the event) and manage set-up, teacher/student check-in and take down of the event, via Linked Learning Department, for the period of March 31, 2025 through April 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
