L.-48 25-0979 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support health and wellness at school sites by providing stipends to Peer Wellness Mentor Program Leads at MetWest High School and Oakland High School, which includes a 10% administration fee to set up and issue stipend payments on the agreed-upon timeline, resolve stipend issues in a professional manner and issue year-end tax documents to stipend recipients, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of March 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $6,600.00.
