L.-47 25-0977 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Philanthropic Ventures Foundation, Oakland , CA, for the latter to design and facilitate Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) leadership professional learning as they develop a yearlong arc for the '25-'26 School Year and beyond, i.e., an experiential session where the participants will learn by actively engaging in inquiry, reflection and hands-on activities in a supportive environment rooted in measurable outcomes while encouraging creativity, innovation, and joy, as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Academics and Instruction Department, for the period of May 27, 2025 through August 8, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $2,100.00.
