L.-2 25-0925 Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and K&K JL Services, Inc. Fairfield, CA, for the latter to provide remodeling the Building #20 girls' and boys' restrooms, which Scope of Work includes demolition and replace tiles, stalls soap dispensers and mirrors and other work, as described in the Contract Documents and in Bid Form Document 00 31 01, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Skyline High School Building #20 Restroom Remodels Project, in the total amount of $179,998.01, which includes a contingency fee of $20,000.00, as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, with the work anticipated to commence on June 6, 2025, and to be completed within sixty days (60), via Department of Buildings and Grounds, with an anticipated ending of August 5, 2025.

    This is a critical need for the kids at Skyline.
