M.-1 25-0592 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Inspection of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and The KDI Group, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Inspector of Record Services for the Phase 1 and Phase 2 oversight of Fremont High School Modernization Project in the not-to-exceed amount of $114,620.00 which includes a contingency fee of $10,120.00 for Additional Services, and a one-time fee for Errors and Omissions insurance of $3,300.00, with the work scheduled to commence on April 10, 20025, and schedule to last until December 31, 2025.
