L.-65 25-0754 Approval by the Board of Education of the Data Sharing Agreement & Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy by and between the District and Hanna, Brophy, Maclean, McAleer & Jensen Law Firm, with offices in Oakland, for the latter to provide Workers' Compensation defense legal services to the District, with the exception of workers' compensation related government code claims and litigation, on an as needed basis, for the period April 10, 2025 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $200,000 per fiscal year.
