L.-54 25-0762 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Philanthropic Ventures Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide four highly experiential two-hour workshops focused on giving after school providers a taste of the joy and power of maker-centered learning to engage students of all ages, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of June 2, 2025 through June 4, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $6,600.00.
