L.-27 25-0664 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, No Cost Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Bay Area Outreach and Recreation Program (BORP), Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide fee free access to their vans that are equipped to transport all students, including students in wheelchairs to a variety of recreational and sport related activities, extending the term of the Agreement from September 23, 2024 through June 30, 2025, to June 30, 2028, at no cost to the district. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
