L.-9 24-3042 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Grant Award, California Department of Parks and Recreation's Outdoor Equity Grants Program, in the reimbursable amount not to exceed $632,000.00, to support students Grade 6-8 and their families to spend time outdoors for selected Middle Schools: Urban Promise Academy, Life Academy, and Coliseum College Prep Academy, for a program that aims to increasing the ability of residents in low income urban and rural communities to participate in outdoor experiences at state parks and other public lands, as described in the revised Scope of Work and working budget, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Middle School Network, extending the term from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2026, to June 30, 2027, pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof, if any.
