L.-3 25-0593 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Solutions for You, Vista, CA, for the latter to assist the Nutrition Services Department in preparing for a successful state audit scheduled in April 2025 and assist with department efficiencies in May 2025, for an unchanged term of October 15, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in the additional amount of $46,100.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $86,400.00 to $132,500.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
