L.-1 25-0531 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Rodney Taylor, Riverside, CA, for the latter to assist the Nutrition Services Department to prepare and work through the scheduled extensive audit of the Nutrition Services Department, for the unchanged period of October 15, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in the additional amount of $37,200.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $86,400.00 to $123,600.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
