    I agree with this motion to increase oversight over contracting out positions. We are overspending on the contract positions and undermining stability and quality of services.

    OUSD needs to evaluate its budget to determine how it is actually supporting students! More funding should go directly to supporting students and not to paying contractors inflated rates! We should be hiring in house and paying people who actually live in our community!
