M.-2 24-3021 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Agreement for Architectural Services by and between the District and Hibser Yamauchi Architects, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional architectural and engineering design services, which include conducting a feasibility study, replacing the mechanical system, and upgrading the HVAC system for the Fremont High School Modernization Project, in an additional total amount of $53,900.00, increasing not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement from $541,700.00 to $595,600.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
