M.-1 24-2767 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, General Services Agreement by and between the District and West Michigan Warehouse Outfitters, dba Building Maps, Rockford, MI., for the latter to provide 750 flat tamper-resistant frames as described in the proposal dated October 9, 2024, attached as "Exhibit A" to this Amendment, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Evacuation Signage Various School Sites Project, in an additional amount of $32,617.50, increasing the not-to-exceed amount from $416,200.00 to $448,817.50, for the unchanged term of September 15, 2022 through June 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
