L.-43 25-0145 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Design For Equity LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide coaching for Racial Healing Fellows to implement site-based racial healing projects and support wellness, for the unchanged term of September 2, 2024 through May 30, 2025, in the additional amount of $16,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $60,600.00 to $76,600.00, via the Office of Equity. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
