L.-30 25-0110 Approval by the Board of Education of a No-Cost Services Agreement (SA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) by and between the District and Rivet School, Richmond, CA, for the latter through the SA to identify OUSD students to recruit and outreach to in Spring 2025, coordinate and deliver student and parent information sessions, work with identified students to complete the school's enrollment process, and under the DSA, the terms and conditions of District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Rivet School and the protection by Rivet School, of such data, for the same term as SA, via the High School Linked Learning Office, each Agreement, for the period of January 7, 2025 through June 30, 2027, at no cost to the District.
