L.-20 25-0097 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement (SA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), each, by and between the District and Care Solace (CS), Inc., San Diego, CA, for the latter, through the SA, to manage and operate a version of the Main Site that is branded with District's name, and accessible as authorized by the District, facilitate a process called the "Warm Hand-off" based on District information provided to vendor identifying a student, family, or staff member in need of mental health treatment as set forth in the Agreement, provide authorized users with telephone and email access to a Care Concierge Team, and connect authorized users with treatment providers based on delineated criteria (CS is not a Treatment Provider), for the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $68,000.00, and, under the DSA, the terms and conditions of District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Care Solace, Inc., and the protection by Care Solace, Inc., of such data, for the same term as the SA, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department.
