L.-48 24-3022 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy ("MOUEP") by and between the District and Lozano Smith LLP, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide more of the same legal services to the District on charter school related matters, with the exception of charter school related claims and litigation defense, on an as needed basis, in an additional not-to-exceed amount of $60,000, increasing the not-to-exceed amount from $99,100 to $159,100 per fiscal year, for the unchanged term of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
